TONE is Holly’s Pilates inspired functional fitness class run in Cromwell on a Friday morning at 9:30am.
The TONE concept is a complete body workout focusing on form and alignment. High repetitions with a lighter resistance help develop muscular strength and definition. The specific exercise sequencing targets legs, glutes, back and core with a focus on Pilates, cardio bursts, and body weight exercises.
In the class we will use resistance bands, foam rollers and Pilates balls to maximise effectiveness.

Tone will run in 10 week terms
The next term stays on Friday 7th May and runs until 9th July
Investment for the term is $180
Drop in class will be offered based on availability for $25
